Avid traveller and passionate about Africa! Jenny has explored all over Southern and East Africa over the last few years with her husband Gerrit. She believes that a good dose of African sunshine and wildlife is a essential to a happy life.

With this project she wants to put fellow coeliacs and gluten free travellers at ease about venturing into Africa.

Gerrit has quite literally been to all four corners of Africa and loves to share his passion for the continent. As a tour guide and tour operator in Africa over the last 20 years he has successfully hosted a few hundred tours.

There are three coeliacs in his household thus he understands what is required to keep meals gluten free and free from cross contamination.
